Nutritional Therapy takes a individualised and holistic approach to enhancing health. It focuses on a client’s specific nutritional needs and looks beyond a client’s symptoms, to assess and address underlying causes of a client’s health concerns. With optimum nutrition everyone has the potential to be in the best of health, which means much more than the absence of pain and disease.
