From the 9th of January 2012 The Percy 10 drop in yoga pass will now include all Pilates classes too which have expanded to evenings. We have beginners and intermediates so drop in for a chat with Naomi to determine your level.
2012 also sees expansion of our personal training services overseen by Richard for those who require a little more motivation and guidance.
Emily is back from India for classes on Wednesdays while cover teacher Lucy is now taking a permanent weekly class. Lindsay Jay Fitness has a class on Thursday evenings while Emma maintains her Monday lunchtime and evening beginners and Intermediate levels.
On the fitness side of things..........Wednesday evening we have David Nivor fitness at 7.30 pm for boxing technical circuits....
