Under the umbrella of Perseverance Yoga we offer a number of different types of Yoga in Richmond upon Thames - We accept the different approaches, beliefs and benefits of various yoga to offer you a wide range of classes 6 days per week.
We provide 2 main types of Yoga : Vinyasa Flow and Hatha. If you unsure of types of yoga or not sure where you should start please call the office and speak with a teacher/staff member so you can be placed into the correct class.
We are able to offer 1-2-1 sessions upon request. £50
All classes are Open Classes (this means you can just turn up). Vinyasa Classes are led by Emily, Lucy, Emma and Lindsay Jay. Hatha classes are taught by Sam with a 60 minute and 90 minute class (Saturday am).
We provide mats and water and have changing facilities.
